•The home has central air (Air-conditioning/Heat)
•Before arrival, guests will be asked to provide the first and last name of all guests staying at the property as well as the make/model/year and license plate number for each vehicle parking at the home
•Guest should only park in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited
•No parties or events allowed
•Fireworks are prohibited on the property and in the community
•No loud music outside after 10:00pm
